Data Execution Prevention #281

Running Conpanion9x ver. 1.51 on Microsoft Vista Premium the program 
unexpectedly crashes with a data execution prevention error. Vista will not let 
me exclude companion9x.exe. I tried to disable data execution prevention and 
that was not successful either.
The system is an AMD quad core machine that has data execution prevention built 
in to the CPU. Should I disable both software and hardware DEP?
This only happens when I'm working on Taranis setups, does not happen when 
working on my 9X setups?

May you tell us what you are doing and or supply us the eeprom causing the 
mistake ?
I suspect there is an hidden stack overflow behind the error you are getting.
