Add configuration for "momentariness" of 2 position switches for Taranis in companion9x

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the TX and swap SH and SF.
2. C9x has no configuration to change the "momentariness" of the switches.
3. OpenTX has no SFs or SFl (SHs and SHl will no longer be used).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Expect a configuration or .ini file to allow alteration of "momentariness" of 
switches.
- Found no such configuration.

What version of the product are you using? 1.52 (revision 2381) Jan 10 2014
On what operating system? Windows 7
Which firmware have you selected ? OpenTX for FrSky Taranis

Coming from a Spektrum transmitter background and flying RC heli's, throttle 
hold was always on the right rear (where the SH momentary switch is on 
unaltered Taranis X9D).  In order to have a throttle hold in the same position 
as I had trained, I swapped the 2 position switch SF with the momentary 2 
position switch SH (no extra hardware or soldering required).

There is no intention to change the function of SHs or the SHl functions, or 
duplicate these to SFs or SFl.

Would it be possible to add a configuration to C9x to alter the "momentariness" 
of these two switches.  The firmware will still operate the same as always.  I 
have flown quite successfully in this configuration (with SH as throttle hold).

This is a duplicate of Issue 190 "Edit switches for Taranis in C9x" that was 
closed as invalid on Jul 8.
