Issue with ID1 not outputing mix values

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In mixes, output to ch6, source 3pos,switch ID1, weight 25.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? expect to see ch6 move to 
25 when ID1 is activated.  Instead ID1 remains at 0. ID0 and ID2 function as 
expected. the problem appears to only be with ID1

What version of the product are you using? V1.52 rev2381
On what operating system? Windows 7
Which firmware have you selected ? OpenTx for 9XR with M128 chip

Please provide any additional information below.

I have been trying to create a mix for 6 mode operation using the 3 pos and AIL 
switches using examples seen on Youtube. All combinations output the expected 
values except when using ID1 which only stays at zero. I have tried two 
different methods, mixing the two switches and custom switches and  both 
methods reveal the issue with ID1.  The issue is also repeatable when 
programming in the radio it's self with Open Tx.
