Companion don't work #299

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.In the start up.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing happens.. I wait a few seconds after the double click to open the 
program, but nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using?
I'm trying to use the 2.00 until the 2.08. The 1.52 version work's fine.

On what operating system?
Windows 7, 32Bits

Which firmware have you selected ?
2.00 to 2.08

Please provide any additional information below.
In another PC with the same configurations it works.

I tryed to open in administrator mode, with XP compatibility.. and nothing.
