Uninstall leaves behind C:\Program Files\[install-dir]\QtXml4.dll

I had three different version of companion9x installed, in three different 
installation folders. When I used the Uninstall.exe process to remove the two 
no-longer-needed versions, the QtXml4.dll was left behind in the installation 
folder, which itself of course was therefore not deleted.

There was also an issue where removing the third installation deleted the 
second installations Start Menu folder, instead of its own, meaning I had to 
then go to Program Files to run the Uninstall.exe for the second installation. 
(This one may be an Uninstall.exe bug and out of your control?)

The installation and start-menu names, if it helps, were ...
