Backlight does not work in the simulator in Version 0.96

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch on backlight
2. Set green backlight

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Background screen should be green, remains gray.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

V0.96, Windows XP Pro, Windows 7 Pro

Please provide any additional information below.

In v0.95 works O.K.
I need to capture the screen to the manual

which firmware are you emulating ?

Frankly, I do not know. I installed v0.96 Companion9X. Then I created
a file ",eepe" using the "new" option in the menu. How do I determine
what firmware emulates?

I use it mainly to prepare Czech version of the Open9X manual.

On the Version screen emulator writes:

Which firmware is emulated depends on your choice for the Firmware dropdown in 
the preferences dialog.
