editing Expo/DR in c9x doesn't show er9x options
custom switches TimeOff is missing
safety switches doesn't have audio and voice options
in Mix edit need to be hidden Include DR/Expo check box
in model setup voice index is missing

During er9x expo import, expo is split in two expo parts will be difficult to 
fully emulate er9x behavior 

This two have been committed in SVN
in Mix edit need to be hidden Include DR/Expo check box
in model setup voice index is missing

Still to be fixed
