open9x server download connection time out

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open setting menu 
2. select open9x firmware for original board and select option 
3. click download

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Download firmware open9x / connection timed out.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 1.02 rev1443 / Windows 7 64

Please provide any additional information below.

I installed the previous version of the problem and companion9x identical.

we added a second compilation server, and will soon add a third one, we had an 
issue on comms lines on the first server.
