Case metadata - completed PE = Ongoing situation (or not)? #39

Need to double-check. For ICC Alpha I think we had separate metadata.,

At one point a completed PE with decision to proceed was said to be the same as a situation, but I think then we decided it need to be two separate field.

Please can you confirm that there are two separate fields:

  1. One covering Completed with decision to investigate on this page: http://sharepoint13vm.cloudapp.net/sites/icc/preliminary-examinations
  2. And one covering situations on this page: http://sharepoint13vm.cloudapp.net/sites/icc/situations

In reality they will be the same in most cases, but not all.

As per our discussion in https://github.com/robertocarroll/icc-alpha/issues/61, PE - Completed was replaced with Situation under Investigations. If needed we can modify the logic to maintain two separate fields, the web parts will have to be modified accordingly.

We need the ability to control PE and situation independently, so these need to be separate fields.
