Will we have introductory videos for stages? #44

Answer from PIDS: Not necessary for launching website, but could be developed at a later stage, so keep option for adding later.

So the top of the stages layouts will need to be a bit flexible - there's a placeholder video at the moment, but it will need to be removed (with the possibility to add a video in the future).

Removing question and content tags and adding dev/design tags.
