How can we provide context for a case? #8

Still don't think we've succeeded with explanation and context - providing background to a case and putting it in the context of other ICC cases and the broader legal context.

e.g. First trial of head of state etc.

Adding a couple of things here.

The "make mantra" - the statement of intent from the ICC Alpha: about accessibility in all its forms, inclusion and appropriate information (form and matter) for the user. I think this is useful for framing and pitching the required amount of explanation and context for different users.

Also this diagram - It maps out the two poles or extremes: the search/sort template (04) and the how the Court works explanatory content (03). For me these are the two ends of the website which we must get right with the case/situation templates sitting in the middle.

I think relevant general questions from Ask the Court could help to provide more context and explanation.
