This is a new requirement:

• Each post would have title, date, summary, image, teaser image, body and tags.
• Need to be able to feature a story on the landing layout for the section (Interacting with communities affected by crimes) - see this layout for details: http://robertocarroll.com/icc-beta/who-who/outreach.html
• Allow the user to see the archive of these stories in a series of simple "blog" style posts. See here for example: http://robertocarroll.com/icc-beta/who-who/stories

Note: this approach could also work for "staff stories".
