Argument --config, the user can specify a custom path for the config.yml file to be parsed
Argument --log, the user can specify a custom path for the error.log to create during execution
Support for localization
Enhancements
Added es_ES translation

Code coverage decrease (-0.22%) due to not able to mock and trigger code for filling LANG env var on non-Unix systems.

Everything else seems in order. Merging.
