Sensor does not read old MQTT messages, only at publish time, so if sensor is not connected when settings are send it does not receive the message

Partly solved by forcing to add the sensor ID during sensor creation process. Issues that remain:

• Not ensured that sensor is online
• NodeRed code with correct id is not loaded in HW Playground at sensor creation
