Restart Mission fails for custom missions #39

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a custom mission (Saturn 1B, Cape Canaveral).
2. Set launch values.
3. Click ARM and ENG.
4. Watch the Saturn 1B explode.
5. Click Restart Mission.

Actual output:
Nothing happens, Saturn 1B keeps expelling smoke.

Expected output:
Mission should restart, Saturn 1B happy and healthy again.

Verified invalid/worksforme with latest build checked out from SVN.
