Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a custom mission, select Saturn IB.
2. Click ARM and ENG.

Actual output:
Saturn IB carapace sinks into the earth, leaving the first stage booster
smoldering on the platform.

Expected output:
Saturn IB launches successfully.

it does! tried S-IV on Earth, set launch inclination and altitudes, launched
