Namespaces #11

Currently, detran uses two namespaces: "detran" and "detran_test".

For organizational flexibility, it might be beneficial to assign each library its own namespace. This would fit better into the UML framework, as well.

I've split this up about as much as I want to. Essentially, the core support (materials, angle, geometry, etc) have their own namespaces. The transport solver stuff remains in detran.
