When Viewing the File Notes as a SuppDE User, there is a "Save" Option #62

In the "File Note" window, there is a "Save" button for the SuppDE user. I think that only the "Close" option should be available.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go into a SuppDE document as a DE user (technically, I was logged in as a QC user, but I was doing SuppDE).
  2. Click the "File Note" button above the group window.
