Make all signs accessible from UI instead of being seperate blocks in inventory #4

Consider making all current signs one block or keep the multiple blocks but in an easier to access way.

Option 1: One block sign would have new UI to select hundreds if not thousands of textures to choose from (benefits both survival and creative players).

Option 2: Players gain new creative tab to choose signs from instead of scrolling through main mod tab (doesn't benefit survival players).

Creative tab option has already been made. Perhaps in future consider other option 1.
