Reactions Not Being Added When User Types Command in Bot DM #58

Everytime a user types a command in DM that involves a PaginatedMenu, I keep seeing an error in the logs and no reactions get added. It works completely fine inside of a server.

Error I see: Command raised an exception: Forbidden: 403 Forbidden (error code: 50003): Cannot execute action on a DM channel
