Could you please add strong names and signing? #12

Would love to use your package in a Microsoft SDK, but since our SDK is strong named we cannot use an unsigned DLL.

It seems this has already been done as a result of commit https://github.com/robertwilczynski/nChronic/commit/3c20260cd3b3e17de2cbdcd708de42b6e0a12b37 and I noticed that a new NuGet package "Chronic.Signed" now exists for v0.3.2.
