View last commenter in issues list #223

When reviewing the list of issues, I often open each one to see who made the 
last comment in order to see if I need to respond. Wondering if adding the name 
of the last commenter to the issues list would help.

It is only worth implementing it as a customizable columns like in this Google 
Code tracker, for example.
