Global Index view has odd link to anchor for items with subitems #503

View Global Index, any item with subitems has an up-arrow after the name:
 OtherTextItems ↑
Clicking on the up-arrow changes the browser url from:
http://localhost:8080/+index/
to:
http://localhost:8080/+index/#index-dir-7c7a98a8c4c3416f9fa4d76051c914aa
For this example, the browser url should have changed to:
http://localhost:8080/+index/OtherTextItems

I am using Google chrome on Linux
