Whoops, sorry for letting the git rebase output somehow get into the commit message. It said "do not remove the line above" so I assumed the commented-out text would get automatically filtered out and removed, and didn't check afterwards (spoiler: it didn't).

Feel free to git commit --amend and git push -f if you wish to clean this up before merging any more PRs; I presume no one has sync'd this commit locally yet (except me, and I'll be fine). :-)
