This fixes several pip install issues.

remove the now stdlib wsgiref from requirements. Failed with

SyntaxError: Missing parentheses in call to 'print'. Did you mean print("Setuptools version",version,"or greater has been installed.")?
unpin numpy and scipy for being backwards compatible. Failed on missing libraries (openblas). Also it's good to have them updated.
[X] check if unpinning all dependencies breaks anything and pin current versions

Did anything break when you unpinned all versions?

Also, there is a checkbox in the initial message. Was that meant as a TODO or is this ready to merge as is?

The installation went fine with unpinned requirements, did not get to testing all functions because of #40 yet. I guess this is ready to get merged though.
