Adds a basic set of import/export tests for monobit using unittest
This was mentioned as a blocker for solving #6
All test fonts are public domain fonts using the "Fixed" typeface.
Failing (or warning) tests are all commented out except for the "bdf" export test
usage:

python3 -m tests.test_monobit

or

coverage run tests/test_monobit.py coverage report monobit/*py

Note that the fonts at http://rasher.dk/rockbox/fonts/misc/ are not Windows FNT resources, they're in the Rockbox font format https://www.rockbox.org/wiki/FontFormat. I've extracted the resource from 6x13.fon instead.
