A few details #104

1) When Pc Basic was turned on, it would be very nostalgic to have bright green texts on the screen, just like on old monitors.

2) In version 2.0.2, the Alt + 4 keys do not work to write the $ sign. We can use AltGr + 4 instead.

Thanks for the kind words!

  1. This is already possible, use the monitor=green option (in v2.0.x). See http://robhagemans.github.io/pcbasic/doc/2.0/#settings
  2. This is probably because v2 uses a different interface library. It'll also depend on your keyboard and OS settings, for example on my keyboard AltGr+4 gives €.
