Setup dotenv-safe to use a .env file for config data such as Dropbox app ID
Provide a .env.example file
Add info to readme to explain usage

I discovered that create-react-app already has dotenv functionality built in, so I don't need to add thedotenv-safe module. I've still added a .env.example file for reference.
