Add japanese translation #17

Added japanese version README.md and index.md translated from english version, and layout default-ja.html.

Checked some details of PR between Christmas Holidays, seems that everything is okay! Will add links to ja translation from main page and main README.

In future redesing, going to add a normal language changer, didn't exprected to see more languages that ru and eng :)
