Ability to temporary disable CalendarToSlack #40

Would be nice to have a slash command that will turn C2S off for a while, and then turn it back on. There's already an enabled/disabled flag on user records in the database, so we should be able to use that. I'm not sure if it's fully integrated into the code everywhere, though.
