CSS fixes #16

-Change "border-collapse: always" to "border-collapse: collapse" -Remove all "overflow: stretch" (Doesn't exist. "Stretching" is the default behavior of divs.) -Replace instances of "line-spacing" with "line-height" -Remove "7: 1.5" property from #wait (Seems like a typo, but not sure what it was meant to be originally.)

This is breaking the two-column layout for me in Firefox (on a fairly small laptop screen), reverting and will take a closer look when I can

Strange. Can't get it to break on any of my devices, but I'll take a deeper look myself later.
