This PR adds support for flutter beta 3.22.0-0.1.pre. In order to achive this, the flutter_colorpicker (which doesn't seem to be maintained anymore) had to be removed and was replaced by flex_color_picker. In addition, the SDK bounds of the package and the example were aligned to allow for flutter versions between 3.3.0 and 3.22.0-0.1.pre.
