Description

The goal here is to move all URL construction to the endpoints file which will likely be renamed to urls.

Convert url collection to constants rather than functions
Move endpoints out of sessionmanager
Move robinhood.py endpoints to correct URL
Delete un-needed functions in robinhood.py
Fix broken tests
