Chunked upload #32

Could the need of this enhancement be explained a bit? Up to now, I can't detect a disadvantage by missing this enhancement. Are any upload problems known?

I uploaded even bigger panoramas with LrMediaWiki without any problems. So I think chunk upload is not really necessary nowadays.
