If the infobox template Artwork is used, either a description or a title should be filled. Currently (LrMediaWiki 0.8) at export an error "No description given for this file!" is reported, if the description is empty. An error should only be thrown, if both are empty, description and title field. This issue should be considered to be a bug.

Has anything been done in this matter? I still receive the same error message. Why can't the "Title" line not be assigned the same value as the "Description" line?
