Could not move piece #100

I had a dog and an elephant in the upper left corner of the board.  The dog
was on the left, and the elephant on the right.  I moved the elephant
first.  Afterwards, I could not move the dog into the now adjacent space
next to the elephant.  I have no idea why *this* bug happened either, but
it needs to be looked into and corrected.

I had this issue again, where I had a piece in the front row that I could not 
move.

We cannot duplicate this issue, especially since we just changed the engine's
behavior.  Hopefully, this issue is no more with the new modifications.
