Dropping pieces on starting space does not restore their position #104

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Pick up a piece
2.Move the mouse away from its original location, but do not leave that space
3.Drop the piece on its original location

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The piece should return to the center of the board location it is moving
to, but instead, it stays where the mouse lets it go.
