UI: Rearrange UI for PBP #131

Redesign and reimplement the UI layout for making PBP more intuitive and
usable.

Remove the left/right divide of players.  Use up/down orientation for
buckets.  Remove "Place randomly" below the other player's name.  Change
"End move" to "submit move"
