For example, when setting up pieces, the top should read, "Place your pieces."

When a turn begins, it shoudl read, "Move your pieces."
When a turn is underway, it should read, "3 moves left."
When there are no more moves left, it shoudl say, "No more moves remaining."
When pushing, say, "Complete the push."

I've come to decide that this is not a desireable feature.  We want to put as 
little
text on the screen as possible.
