Move piece to hand as soon as the user clicks #90

Currently, the user has to move the mouse a little to see if they actually
have lifted a piece.  Instead, we should immediately "move the piece to the
hand" as soon as the user clicks the mouse button.

I've decided that the solution to this task should be the same as the solution 
to
Issue 56.  Moving this one back to release 0.1
