Could not move horse from bucket. #99

I don't know what caused this, but I reached a state where I had a horse on
the board and a horse in my bucket, and whenever I placed the 2nd horse on
the board, anywhere, the original horse moved back to the bucket.  It's
probably a problem in the swapping code.
