Is there a license? #13

We would like to include the transloc_pipeline in our software collection (biogrids.org). We can only include fully open source titles. Is there a license available for this pipeline?

@jjv5 I'm adding the MIT license to the repository. Will that be OK?

@jjv5 As the author of this repository @robinmeyers agreed, I've already created a fork of this repository and will publish the pipeline from new repository. I can answer more questions there. Thank you.
