Issue: As a user, I want to see all the new users who have signed up and posted near me within my geographic region of up to 35 miles.
Requirements: When I first log in to the app I am not seeing any activity around me in the Feed. However, I have set up 3 other accounts within the same vicinity but those user accounts do not show up. Location should be used in such a way that I am able to see all new users in my area, regardless of whether they are logged in.
Desired behavior: Users will see the posts of all users within a 35 mile radius under "feed" regardless of whether or not they are connected.
