Initial project extraneous code #1

Some designs in the Vivado project contain extra code left over from the class final project.

Since the class final project was hastily written, and didn't entirely work. This code needs to be removed so the repository has a clean starting point for any experimentation or modification to the MCU.

Although not related to the final project, there is a design, ProgROM.sv, that is extraneous. It and its associate test bench should be removed.
