Fix "customList" bug #8

customList doesn't work.

Thanks for this PR and all of your others, @PaulRBerg, they're very much appreciated. Because there were conflicts after merging all of the other outstandings PRs, I have just recreated this one on the main branch myself, but thanks for spotting the problem!
