I solved this issue by login in to Volkswagen WE connect online portal. Had to accept updated terms and conditions. After that, the HA integration did work again.
Try indeed to uncheck the box under privacy and save it after that mark the box again and save again.
I agreed to the terms, but unfortunately I can't find a checkbox anywhere to turn off the consent and turn it back on. Could you give me an advice please?
I first tried to log in on my phone but did not get the question to agreed to the terms. Then tried it on my laptop and got the checkbox to agree to the terms. After that I reconfigured the integration and everything is working again.
