I have the same problem

hugokernel commented 1 year ago

Same here.

Same here. I am seeing that from weconnect application everything works smoothly but from site https://www.portal.volkswagen-we.com/ It does not load the data due to a momentary problem. Could this be this? a VW site side problem

Same here, but going to https://www.portal.volkswagen-we.com/ and accepting th new terms and conditions and reloading the integration solved my problem.

I already did that few weeks ago because I had connection issues, but this time I think it's a other problem (not sure).

I juste saw that there is a problem on https://www.portal.volkswagen-we.com/ :

I solved it this way: I clicked on this link https://www.portal.volkswagen-we.com/

and in the list "myVolkswagen Please select your region and language" I selected "Germany (German) | Deutschland (Deutsch)", accepted all the conditions and now everything works regularly.

solutioon commented 1 year ago

Thanks a lot, it has also worked for me.

LucTs commented 1 year ago

same here. seems VW is quite often changing/updating their terms and conditions these days. after accepting everything it´s working for me too.

you need to login here: https://vwid.vwgroup.io/ and here: https://www.volkswagen.de/de/konnektivitaet-und-mobilitaetsdienste/konnektivitaet/we-connect/aktivierung.html and accept all terms and conditions
