[BUG] Config flow could not be loaded: {"message":"Invalid handler specified"}

Volkswagencarnet release with the issue: 4.4.65
Last working homeassistant-volkswagencarnet release (if known): 4.4.37 ?
Home Assistant Core release with the issue: 2023.9.0 - Supervisor 2023.08.3 - Frontend 20230906.1
Operating environment (Home Assistant OS/Supervised/Container/Core/venv): Supervised
Car model and year: Tiguan 2021
Country where the car was bought: BE (but always used DE in automation)
Valid We Connect subscription: Yes
Have you verified that the We Connect service works via VW´s portal?: Yes

Describe the bug

Previously experiencing issue similar to bug #499, hence decided to upgrade to latest release. This release installed and trying to configure. Giving error "Config flow could not be loaded: {"message":"Invalid handler specified"}"
