Last connected date is "2024" for ID.3. #569

Last Connected time in Beta 4.5.2 Beta 2 shows correct date based info. In 4.5.3 Beta 3 last connected is shoing "2024". Other VW is showing as x minutes Car is ID.3 2021 Model UK

Can share creds - screen shots and logs

@sebking1971 I've checked the logs and everything looks ok. I am not able to reproduce the issue by using the data from your logs. Have you tried to remove the integration, restart HA, and re-add your vehicle again?

Issue only arose with the latest beta, reverting resolves to the previous beta is fine so I think it may something in the logic and ID specific around the last connected date change from a time/date string to the new timestamp.

It is odd that the same integration works for another VW correctly.

Have reloaded integration but not removed/restarted/reloaded yet as have a bunch of automations that I don’t want to break.

@sebking1971 I have access to one ID3, in addition to another 7 vehicles, and the issue is not reproducible anywhere. Even with your data dump, I am not able to reproduce the issue. I suspect there is something wrong with your setup. If you want, you can share with me your credentials by email (stickpins at gmail dot com) and I will try it with my dev setup. In general, Home Assistant acts strangely sometimes, and if you are not willing to do the basic steps that I've proposed to try to resolve your problem, I cannot help you more than this.

For the time being I am closing the issue once again. Please do not open a new issue with the same problem.

Apologies, had not finished when I sent the mail – I will spin up another HA instance and try as a clean install and report back. If that does not work I can share VW creds with you.

New clean Install of HA, HACS and this integration on different hardware with no other integrations of devices and only one VW and the same problem is showing.
