[FR] Feedback to user when 403 could be consent pending #649

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Over time when not using the VW platform, occasionally your account will get flagged to ask for marketing/GDPR consent. You will see this consent page after entering your user details on the VW Website, but while this consent is pending the API responds with a 403 error.

Describe the solution you'd like

Either the plugin could attempt to 'manually' login to the website using the stored credentials if the API call receives a 403 or you could send a notification to the user alerting them to the fact their credentials are failing any maybe they could login to the Volkswagen website

I thought my integration was just simply broken for months - turns it out was this! Thank you for posting this issue as it pointed me in the right direction to log in on the website.

Would love if the integration provided this information directly within HA
